CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Children are not permitted to use the Service. We do not collect children’s data specifically. We limit our data collection and only use persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the Service, and always in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

• Data about your use of the Service, by which We mean Service play data that We use for data saving/loading Service files.

Data we collect from our third-party partners

To operate and manage Our services We need to use third party service providers from time to time. A list of those parties can be found in this privacy policy. The type of information We might collect from them includes:

• Google. A fundamental third-party partner for the use of Our Service is Google.
Specifically, We use Firebase, Google Docs, and Google Analytics. We have no
control over these platforms and cannot be held responsible for any loss of data
caused through its use. All authors are reminded to back up their work regularly. A copy of the Google terms of service and privacy policy can be found here.

• Meta (i.e., Facebook). We advertise Our Service on Facebook & Instagram. In order to verify installs of Our Service We use Facebook Events Manager. Our Service (specifically the Zory Application) integrates the Facebook SDK. We have no control over that platform and cannot be held responsible for any loss of data caused through its use. What is Personal Information?

‘Personal Information’ is information that identifies you as an individual. This is only collected by Us if you submit it to Us directly.

What about Sensitive Information?

Sensitive information includes information about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional body, criminal records or health information.

We will not attempt to obtain or record any sensitive information.

ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, AND PERMANENT DELETION OF YOUR DATA
